Fibreglass Composite

Sizing and Fit — Why It Must Be Right
A helmet that does not fit correctly does not protect correctly. A loose helmet can rotate on the head during an impact, exposing areas that should be protected, and can come off entirely. A helmet that is too tight causes pressure points, headaches, and discomfort that tempts the rider to wear it loosely or not at all.
How to Measure
Measure the circumference of your head at the widest point — typically just above the eyebrows, across the forehead, around the widest point at the back of the skull. Use a soft tape measure. This measurement corresponds to a helmet size (each manufacturer publishes a size chart).
The Fit Test
The helmet should fit snugly all the way around — firm but not painfully tight. There should be no gaps between the liner and the head. The helmet should not rock forward and backward or side to side on the head.
